Case Manager

The Case Manager is responsible for conducting appropriate programming and providing services for clients in the Education Reengagement, Juvenile Community Corrections, and Intensive Community Monitoring programs at Santa Fe YouthWorks.

The Case Manager will work with a diverse set of youth from Santa Fe and the surrounding areas who are involved with the juvenile justice system, supporting clients through advocacy, resource-building, and modeling positive behaviors to assist the youth in good decision making while building safe, healthy, and supportive relationships with clients to create the greatest opportunity for success and supervision in the community.
