Referrals and Case Management

YouthWorks offers intensive case management and wraparound support services for youth ages 14-24.

Case managers with YouthWorks provide youth with comprehensive and compassionate support to navigate through challenges. YouthWorks case management provides:

-emergency/transitional housing support

-referral to YouthWorks no-fee mental health counseling

-connection to basic needs resources: food, clothing, transportation, financial assistance, etc.

-advocacy for systems-involved youth (juvenile justice)
